Booking Terms
By booking a session, you agree to the following terms
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your session date
- Deposits are refundable for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session
- The remaining balance is payable immediately after the session
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer
- Paying the deposit means you've read and agreed to the terms
- Need to move your session? Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice
- Changes requested inside that 48-hour window may mean the deposit isn't carried over
- If I have to cancel on my end for reasons outside my control, you'll get a full refund or first pick of a new date
- Most sessions happen outdoors, so weather can occasionally call for a reschedule - we'll sort a new plan together if that happens
- If your chosen location is affected by conditions (closures, extreme wind, etc), I may suggest an alternative nearby spot to keep your session on schedule where possible
- Sessions outside Zone 1-2, it may include a travel fee - happy to confirm this before you book
- Every gallery gets consistent color grading and light natural editing
- Heavy retouching isn't included by default, but can be added on request
- Standard delivery is within 7-10 days of your session
- Need it faster? 48-hour rush delivery is available as an add-on, depending on availability
- I choose the final images in your gallery based on quality and consistency
- Photo counts listed in each package are approximate, not guaranteed exact numbers
- RAW files aren't included or provided
- Full JPEG gallery (unedited originals) can be purchased for an additional fee
- Select images from your session may be used in my portfolio or on my social media, unless you request otherwise prior to the session
- Images may not be sold, resold, or used for commercial print sales without photographer's permission
- Delivered images are kept on file for 1 month, after which they may be deleted from my system
- In the rare case that images are lost due to a technical issue, the most I'm liable for is refunding what you've paid
- By confirming your booking, you accept that your images will be delivered in line with my established editing style and aesthetic
